Booking, payment and cancellation terms for our masterclasses and in-house engagements. Last updated 14 October 2026.
A place is confirmed when we acknowledge your registration in writing. If you have registered and not heard from us before the programme starts, contact info@causalcapital.org rather than assuming your place is held.
The programme fee covers tuition, course materials and access to the relevant online learning portal. Delegates on our online programmes retain access to that portal and to the materials as they are updated.
LSBF certification is optional and charged separately. NASBA CPE credits are included with every programme at no additional cost.
For in-person and public programmes, travel, accommodation and subsistence are not included and remain the delegate's responsibility. We accept no liability for travel or accommodation costs in any circumstances, including where a programme is changed or cancelled.
Payment is due in full on registration, or on receipt of invoice where we have agreed invoicing terms. Attendance requires payment to have been received.
Card payment is taken through Stripe at the point of registration. Where we have agreed payment by bank transfer, the transfer should carry the programme name and the delegate's name in the remittance advice, and any bank charges are borne by the payer, so that we receive the full invoiced amount.
If we cancel a programme, you choose between a full refund and a credit valid for twelve months. If we postpone, your payment carries across to the new dates; if you cannot attend those, you receive a 100% credit valid for twelve months.
Trainers and programme content are confirmed at the time of publication but may change for reasons outside our control. We will publish any change as early as we can. We are not liable for losses arising from a substitution, change, postponement or cancellation, including where caused by events beyond our reasonable control such as conflict, civil unrest, fire, strike action, travel disruption, public health measures or extreme weather.
Causal Capital Pte Ltd is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, registry ID #138370. CPE credits are granted on a 50-minute hour. To receive full credit a delegate must attend all sessions and pass the assessment. State boards of accountancy hold final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through www.nasbaregistry.org.
Where LSBF certification is purchased, the certificate is issued by the London School of Business & Finance under its own criteria.
In-house programmes are quoted individually and priced on a cost-plus basis rather than per delegate. Terms including dates, scope, materials and cancellation are set out in the proposal for that engagement, and those terms take precedence over this page where they differ.
Course materials, models, templates and tools provided during a programme remain the intellectual property of Causal Capital, except where we explicitly release something as open source. Delegates may use them freely within their own organisation. They may not be resold, published, or used to deliver training to third parties without our written agreement.
Our programmes are educational. They are not legal, accounting, regulatory or investment advice, and nothing delivered in a programme should be relied on as a substitute for professional advice specific to your circumstances. Any decision you take remains yours.
Our total liability in connection with a programme is limited to the fee paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
