Solutions and training for risk, structured finance & banking

Home     About Us     Side by Side     Journal     Training     CCPF

The Project Structure is perhaps one of the the most  complex areas of structured finance as it involves "deal brokerage" and contract to third parties.  In this part of the CCPF, the workshop and its associated material will consider both sides of the WACC equation; investors and lenders.   It also looks at many different strategies for accelerating value creation within the project.

The CCPF will bring ideal types of contract templates for various structures, review exit strategies for investors, explain how banks dimension beta interest hurdles and much more.
